Unfortunately Portal 2 mods cannot have achievements. Mostly, because other gels wouldn't be as polished and might create other bugs which I would not be able to fix because I do not have access to the source code. All of this is outside the scope of the game. So it would mean changing the storyline, the maps and the way the gun works.
